Adoptions

A two-year genetic health guarantee, a lifetime return option, current health record, and an official state health certificate. The puppies may be placed in their new homes at 8 weeks old. Our written contract is provided when a puppy is placed.

Reservations

Most of our puppies are purchased before they are born. Our waiting list can be long at times for certain breeds. We require a deposit to reserve a puppy. A deposit is half of the purchase price.If you want to be among the first to select a puppy we request payment in full at the time your reservation is made. Anyone interested in securing the very first pick of a litter may do so by purchasing that option for an additional price.

The puppies are selected as follows:

• First pick of litter, paid in full picks of litter, and deposits on litter.
• The order of selection in each category is determined by the date a reservation was placed.
• In the event a particular dog does not produce her litter, reservations for that litter will be carried over to the next litter.

Refunds

We are not able to offer cash refunds of any kind. Any reservation is non-refundable, but it is transferable. Transfers may be made from one breed to anther or one litter to another. Credit for a puppy may be issued under the terms of our placement agreement.

Visits

We welcome visits the farm by appointment.Visits are restricted or limited when we have newborn puppies. They do not receive their first puppy vaccination until they are 6 weeks old and are not fully protected against Parvo until they have completed their shots and are 16 weeks old. We do not allow outside dogs to visit the farm or help in selecting a new puppy for everyone’s protection. It is imperative that we control the environment the puppies are raised in by limiting their exposure. We socialize them well on the farm so that is a large area to protect from possible contagion.

Methods Of Payment

For your convenience we accept, cash and credit cards. We will accept checks for deposits.
